2 injured in Vancouver bar shooting, suspect sought

first_imgPolice are working to identify a suspect after two people were hurt in a shooting at a Vancouver bar early Thursday morning. Officers were called to QuarterDeck Bar, 4300 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., just before 1 a.m. after an unidentified person outside fired a gun into the bar, Vancouver Police Department spokeswoman Kim Kapp said.Two patrons were injured, Kapp said. One suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries, and the other sustained less serious injuries and was expected to be released from the hospital on Thursday, she said.Police do not have a description of the suspect and do not know if the armed person was on foot or in a vehicle, Kapp said.Names of the victims and the hospital where they were being treated was not released for the victims’ protection, Kapp said.last_img
