She said the man hit her twice on the right side of her face and pulled on the straps of her purse.She said she held on to it while falling to the ground and the man couldn’t steal it.She said she didn’t see the man’s face and could only tell police he was a gray hooded jacket.The campus was notified of the crime early Sunday and reminded to report any suspicious activity to the TCU Police, call 817-257-7777.
