Full Audio Of Umphrey’s McGee’s Collaboration With The Nashville Symphony Has Emerged [Listen]

first_imgLast night, Umphrey’s McGee treated fans to a three-set performance of epic proportions at the Ascend Amphitheater in Nashville, TN. The show capped off a raging three-night run throughout the state of Tennessee, putting an exclamation point on the shows with an additional set that saw UM collaborate with members of the Nashville Symphony. Even better, the Symphony accompanied Umphrey’s on all original tunes: “Deeper”, “Educated Guess”, “Rocker 1”, “Hajimemashiste”, and “Mantis”.Though we reported on the show with a full gallery earlier today, we thought UM fans might want to actually hear this unique collaborative moment. Fortunately, a full audio recording of the performance has surfaced on the Archive database. You can listen to the full audio below, courtesy of MSTaper.last_img read more

It moved the desk about six inches but she was fine. Thank goodness nobody got hurt.”The Wellington Fire/EMS and Wellington Police crews were immediately on the scene. The elderly woman was not hurt. No accident report has been submitted to the Wellington media at this time.DeJarnett said this morning he was not at the office at the time of the accident. He said he is already making plans. He will move in next door to the east in the Kreifels building and share office space with fellow attorney Matt Metcalf, who just opened his private practice office this summer. DeJarnett said he expects to rebuild.Looking from the inside going out to the street.Outside the obvious store front destruction, a vase, a plant,  and a few items in the front entrance was damaged. The office is currently boarded up awaiting a visit from the insurance adjustor.DeJarnett Law Office was remodeled a few years ago.Follow us on Twitter.last_img read more

Kingman beat Mulvane 76-67 in the other first round game.Wellington’s Trevor Nance scored 21 points while A.J. Snipes had 12. Other scorers for Wellington included Ian King with 9, Tyler Pettegrew 5, Connor Phelps 4, Wesley Gilmore 3, and Colin Reichenberger 2. Wellington opened with a 12-11 first quarter lead and held a 22-21 advantage at the half. The Crusaders would then burst through their third quarter slump in recent past with a 13-8 run and headed to the fourth quarter in front 35-29.The Crusaders would outscore the Bulldogs 19-14 in the fourth quarter for an 11-point win.“We had a huge first-half battle,” said Brian Buchanan, Wellington head boys basketball coach. “They did a really good job scouting us.”“But the guys really adjusted in the second half and we were able to get on a run and lead by 12 to 13 points.”Wellington is now 7-4 and will battle Kingman Thursday. The Crusaders beat Kingman in the Kingman Tournament earlier this year 62-54.“That will be a rough and tumble kind of game,” Buchanan said. “There’s going to be a lot of energy and it will be physical. I anticipate there is going to be a lot of free throws shot.”In other Chaparral Tournament action tonight, Belle Plaine plays Chaparral at 6 p.m. and Conway Springs will follow with Clearwater at 8 p.m.Follow us on Twitter.last_img read more
