About the authorFreddie TaylorShare the loveHave your say Man Utd must emulate Liverpool with £100m move for Koulibaly – Mayby Freddie Taylor10 months agoSend to a friendShare the loveManchester United should spend £100m on Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly, according to David May.Koulibably has emerged as United’s prime defensive target, but Napoli are not letting him leave on the cheap. But May says the money would be justified given Koulibaly’s talents, citing Virgil van Dijk’s impact at Liverpool since his world-record move last January.Former Red Devils star May told 888sport: “If you look at United over the last God knows how many years they’ve always gone out and broke transfer records if need be.”They did with Rio [Ferdinand], [Angel] Di Maria, [Paul] Pogba, [Romelu] Lukaku. They allegedly pay [Alexis] Sanchez half a million a week.”If you want the best players then you have to pay top money for them. City do it.”Liverpool did it with Van Dijk and just look at the transformation.”They spent £70 million on a goalkeeper, which is a hell of a lot of money but what that gets you back is guaranteed Champions League football and the possibility of winning the Premier League.”The amount of money United earn then to spend £100m on a defender….so what?”Real Madrid will spend it. Barca will. Chelsea and City will.”If it guarantees you a much better defence then go ahead and spend it.”If Koulibaly becomes available – and there are rumours that he is interested with a fee of £90m – then I’m sure Ole would say he’d be a great signing for Man Utd.”

DAWSON CREEK, B.C. – The City together with the Northern Environmental Action Team want to help improve residents understanding of proper recycling cart contents with curbside cart audits starting the week of November 12.Since the curbside program started in September, residents have been doing a great job, yet there has been an increase in contaminated materials left in the carts. Repeated contamination has shown a need for the new Recycle it Right program, to help residents understand and know proper sorting practices. It is essential to understand that blue bin contents are delivered to DC Recycling, these items are sorted and then baled for resale. Contaminants in your cart such as food waste, cat litter, garbage and construction materials can turn your recycling to garbage. This reduces the resale value of recyclable materials which increases processing costs and poses unsafe working conditions to staff. NEAT representatives will audit curbside bins by looking for possible contaminants, and then leaving information on correct sorting and acceptable recyclable materials. If a cart is highly contaminated, NEAT will leave the bin and ask the resident to re-sort their waste. For more information on how to Recycle it Right;Printable guide (also available as a downloadable PDF online) http://www.dawsoncreek.ca/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/curbside-garbage-and-recycling/CODC-curbside-guide-web-PDF.pdfCheck out the Waste Wizard at dawsoncreek.ca/recycle http://dawsoncreek.ca/recycleDownload the Dawson Creek City appFor more information on the program, contact the City of Dawson Creek at 250-784-3600 or [email protected]
Rabat – Morocco and Italy signed, on Tuesday in Rabat, an additional agreement to the legal cooperation agreement on carrying out sentences and extradition of criminals, concluded in 1971, in addition to an agreement related to the transfer of convicts. 4Kurt Warner2008ARIPHI✓212875.027940145.7 In the 2016 postseason thus far, Ryan has a passer rating of 132.6, the third-highest that any conference-champion QB has carried into the Super Bowl,2Minimum 30 pass attempts trailing only Joe Montana in 1989 (142.5) and Tony Eason in 1985 (135.6). It’s not unusual for unheralded quarterbacks to go on hot streaks — Flacco had a 117.2 passer rating in the 2012 playoffs — but Ryan’s previous regular-season résumé is stronger, particularly after he produced one of the NFL’s all-time great passing seasons in 2016.In Ryan’s last NFC championship game (itself a stellar, 396-yard performance against San Francisco in 2013), he had already shown some of the progress he’d made under center. Early-career Ryan had a tendency to make too many throws that were safe but ultimately harmless, resulting in high completion percentages but low yards-per-attempt averages and anemic third-down conversion numbers. By the time he faced San Francisco, Ryan was more confident throwing the ball deep, leading to more air yards per throw and more big plays. It was just the latest piece of evidence that Ryan’s astonishing regular-season statistics weren’t empty numbers that would evaporate in the playoffs. Instead, Ryan is performing less like, say, Joe Flacco or Eli Manning — QBs who punctuated otherwise average careers with stellar postseason bursts — and more like one of the game’s best starters (which, incidentally, Ryan has been over the NFL’s past decade or so.)Against Green Bay, Ryan painted a QB masterpiece. He conducted the Falcons’ offense with ruthless efficiency, scoring six touchdowns and a field goal on nine drives. He also completed 27 of his 38 passes (71 percent) for 392 yards, four touchdowns and zero interceptions, tallying the 15th-best completion percentage, fourth-most yards and sixth-best passer rating (139.4) in a conference championship game.1Going back to the AFL-NFL merger in 1970. Not even Tom Brady, who notched a 127.5 passer rating against Pittsburgh later Sunday, could match Ryan. Ryan’s average pass has traveled fewer yards through the air than in 2012, but he’s making up for it (and then some) by completing a higher percentage of his passes, and getting more than twice as many yards per completion from receivers sprinting with the ball after catching it. As a group, Ryan’s receivers ran for 199 yards after the catch on Sunday, the sixth most any team had in a playoff game since 2006.32006 is the first year for which ESPN’s Stats & Information Group has yards-after-catch data. And while Julio Jones had 180 receiving yards by himself, tied for fourth most in conference championship history, he was also just one of eight different targets among whom Ryan distributed the ball. PLAYERYEARTMOPPWON?CMPATTCMP%YDSTDINTRATE Wait, Are The 76ers Good Now? When Ryan’s improvement as a passer combined with a better supporting cast around him, the result was one of the deadliest regular-season offenses in NFL history — a trend that’s only becoming clearer with each successive Falcons playoff victory.Ryan isn’t going to get more attention than Brady before the Super Bowl, but his brilliant season (and postseason) has finally earned him the attention of even casual football fans. Moreover, he’s earned that recognition as one of the game’s best for an extended stretch of time — not merely as a flash in the pan.
